As a recovering type A perfectionist, I have emerged from the fog, finding my true identity in who Jesus says I am.
I am created for greatness and will live every day of my life convincing you that you were created for it too. People thriving right here, right now, is my passion, and I help people do just that, one meeting at a time. With time management, empowerment to embrace the word no, and a focus on the value of relationships around you, I get to help you step into the you that looks like Jesus. The you that you get to enjoy and thrive in.
I get to live every day of my life pouring into others through my business, Conquer Your Week, and as a leader at The Kingdom Church - Omaha. My husband Carlos and I live in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, with our husky Lincoln. I love really good black coffee, avocado ice cream, a binge-worthy series, and sleep; I love lots and lots of sleep.

As a fierce communicator who is passionate about how capable you are, I tend to light a fire of confidence and determination as I teach you who you really are, in corporate, church and workshop settings. BGP (short for Beth Garrett Padilla) tends to be my gangster name when the passion really starts to flow.

Conquer Your Week is my business and baby that is the vehicle to support our family and motivate business owners to thrive in their businesses and personal lives. Watch out, you might be encouraged, motivated and find rest in the chaos, as we organize and prioritize your life events.
Mrs. Beth
As the Children’s Director and a Key Leader at The Kingdom Church, I cherish the name Mrs. Beth. My greatest joy is to watch these little ones come to life and realize how valuable they truly are! The children are our future and I will convince them one conversation at a time.
Babe
Reserved for the man who brings so much joy and life to our lives. We get to build, celebrate and enjoy this amazing journey together. Family is so beautiful together. Love you so much Carlos Padilla!
Mom Dog
With our moto of #familydogs, we do life for each other. Providing Lincolns favorite treats of carrots and sweet potatoes and cuddles every once in a while. I get to be mom dog to this amazing little man!
